As a starving artist, I know you see the big picture and that’s a good thing. As a matter of fact – enjoy the view because it’s your vision!

Follow your heart first, as it beats to your rhythm. I know it’s hard. Believe me, I know it’s hard. But if it were easy – I wouldn’t be having this conversation with you.

I want to see you ‘make it’ to a place where you feel you’ve earned your placement with success. Accept the help of your brotha man, but don’t expect the help of your brotha man. Your help begins from within and anything outside of that will find its way to you.

I don’t want to just talk to you – I want to connect with you. I want you to understand why you need to stay focused, committed and dedicated to your life desires. I’m sure you know by now – Life will always be ‘with’ or ‘without’ you.

Shake it off! Fight a little harder! Push a little further! Cry a few more tears! Pray a little stronger, and in the midst of all that; be a guide to someone else who needs your attention! Teach them – condition them to your energy and show them the way as you travel to your destiny.

See we tend to forget we must help somebody in the process and with good intentions. We try to go the distance thinking we can get there alone. If we neglect to nurture the mind of another being – we all fail.

So music is your world?! Then you must allow procrastination and lack of confidence to be thrown in the midst of the abyss where it belongs. You’ve got to bring light to your mission. I can say these words because I was once where you are – feeling overwhelmed with ‘not’ knowing. But, I released it. I became a woman called ‘freedom’ to exceed beyond my own ‘measures’ and not by the ‘ruler’ of others.

See, when life makes you feel all you’ve got is lemons – you must sweeten that sour by your own recipe, and quench the thirst of the rest of the world that’s waiting on you… that is if you are hungry enough!
