Young Mack is the dude you want to get to know more of. When I first heard what he’s like behind the microphone, I was pleased with his suave uniqueness, and vocal delivery.

Although some tracks grabbed me more than others; this rapper knows how to keep the party jumping and the heads nodding.

He has the complete package which makes him one the industry will continue to embrace.

Young Mack was born on November 25th, 1982 as Michael Perry McCoy in Charlotte, NC. He is also known as Mack and Young Heart Attack. Young Mack is from middle class America southside Charlotte.

Mack’s mother passed away when he was only four years old. He was adopted by his grandparents and took interest in music and sports. Young Mack has established himself in the entertainment world as a successful actor as well as a rising recording artist. He believes that through his music he can make changes as well as give back to his community.

Family, friends, and fans are all very important things that Mack holds dear to his heart. Young Mack is very motivated to accomplish his goals when it comes to anything related to music. Since starting his music career Young Mack has done numerous interviews, received radio play from KISS 95.1, and gained exposure through Creative Loafing Magazine, as well as many performances in and around the Charlotte area. Young Mack has also finished and completed one full album titled “The Real McCoy” which is now available on iTunes.
